All photo packages for tournaments include:

  • Coverage of your player or team throughout the entirety of the match or event (warmups, pre-match, action, player/coach interactions

  • Select images available the evening of the event for social media

  • Online gallery of all fully edited images as digital downloads

🎥 REELS/VIDEOS

All reels/videos packages for tournaments are priced on a per project basis. Video pricing starts at $150/match.

  • Reel/Video Options include (Examples can be found here: Hype Reels):

    • Single play reel (goal, defensive play, impact play) [usually 10-20 seconds],

    • Game recaps (multiple clips in a single video) [20-45 seconds],

    • Event recap (multiple clips taken from all three games played) [30-60 seconds)

BOOK NOW

  • Until the official tournament schedule is released, all bookings are tentative due to possible conflicts. Once it is released an online calendar will be posted to show availability.

  • Unfortunately the raw images or videos are not shared, only the final edited deliverables.

  • All images and videos may be used for personal use (i.e. social media, personal pages, family sharing, etc…). Commercial use is prohibited (selling images, using for paid marketing, etc..)

  • We’d prefer if you do not cancel, but we realize situations arise. Refunds will be processed as shown below:

    6+ Days prior to event - 100%
    5-4 days - 75%
    3-2 days - 50%
    1 day - 0%

  • Payment for photos or video is due 5 days prior to the start of the event.

  • Once booking is confirmed, I will send an online invoice which can be paid via credit card, Apple Pay & Google Pay. Other payment methods are available upon request.

  • Expect a small selection (2-3 images) available the same day for quick social media posting and the entire fully edited gallery ready 48-72 hours after the conclusion of the event.

  • Each video is a custom project and delivery times will be quoted during booking. Below are some estimates, but please note they are approximations.

      • Short reels available for download within 24 - 48 hours after completion of event (expedited services available at additional cost)

      • Game recaps or event recaps available 3-5 days after event completion

F.A.Q.

  • The number of images will vary depending on many factors but for individual players expect between 75-125 per game and for full teams approx 150-200.

  • Prints are available in the online gallery that will be delivered along with a selection of other products.
