PHOTO SELECTION INSTRUCTIONS
This page will guide you through selecting your images for final editing and delivery.
PROOF ALBUM
A quick note on the proof album, these images are unedited and do not contain final colors, blemish removal or cropping. Some will have objects such as lights, cables or rips in the background, all these will be removed and re-cropped at the time of final editing.
SELECTION LIMITATIONS
Individual Photos: You will receive 4 individual photos per player in this package.
Group Photos: You will receive 15 fun group photo per team which are included in this package. The coordinating parent will be organizing and selecting these for the team.
Additional Photos: You may select as many images as you’d like during this process both individual and group, any additional images to the above limits may be purchased for $15 each. Multiple image packs are available for individuals or teams purchasing five (5) or more photos.
1. Go to Your Team Album & Sign In
If you haven’t received your team album check the email sent notifying you that images are ready for the link. Always use a valid email as this will be used for communications.
2. Navigate to The Folder
When selecting individual player images navigate to the Individuals folder.
Team coordinator: If selecting group images, navigate to the Small Groups folder
3. Select Favorite Images (2 options)
To select your images you can click on the image you want and then click on Favorite OR you can select directly from the grid view and click on the heart in the lower right of each image
4. Send Your Selections
Once you have selected all images you want edited and delivered, 1. go to the Favorites tab then 2. click on Send Favorites and finally 3. Email Favorites

Complete the form with
The email you wish to receive your images
To Address should be david@mattosvisuals.com
Enter any notes such as please remove scar, braces, etc…
Click Send
5. Await your image delivery
You will receive your player images in approximately 1-2 weeks AFTER you submit your selections. So it is important to get these selected as soon as possible.
If you selected additional images over the included allotment, you will receive an email for instructions on the additional payment
