TEAM MEDIA DAY SESSION

Team media days will provide your team and players a unique opportunity to capture social media content and headshots for the season. All equipment (studio lights, rigging, backdrops) will be brought on-site to your location (school, gym, etc…) We can even setup outdoors.

Base photography package ($40/player with a minimum of 12 players)

• White OR Black Backdrop, with either backdrop or turf floor (see examples below)

• Individual session for each player (approx. 5-7 minutes/per player) to capture headshots and full body poses

• Positional group photos (e.g. goalkeepers, defenders)

• Up to 10 small group photos (player-chosen)

• Coach Headshot

• Online gallery of proofs for selections provided within 72 hours of shoot

• Three (3) final retouched edits from your Individual selections + all team/group & coach Images

Add-on videography package ($15/player with a minimum of 12 players)

• Same backdrop as photography session, 2nd backdrop available at separate cost

• Team hype video approximately 20-30 seconds in vertical format for social media sharing

Add-On’s:

Individual Intro Videos ($15/player): Individual intro video (10-15) seconds in vertical format for each player

Additional photo edits ($15/ea): Additional individual or group photo edits from your proof gallery

Outdoors Session (Add $15/player to Base): Setup lighting outdoors for some action shots as well as headshots. Cannot combine with a backdrop setup OR video session.

Studio Session: If you do not have a location we can provide a studio large enough for the entire team with changing rooms and makeup table, even space for food.
