Team photos, Individual & Sibling Pictures

We will be taking a team photo and optional individual/sibling photos.

  • What to wear: If you have a team suit, please wear it.  If you don't, a blue or dark solid (minimal print) is best. 

  • All Swimmers Arrive for Team Photo: 4:30pm

  • Optional Individual/Sibling Photos: 5:00pm - 5:45 pm

Fox Hunt Pool, Tuesday June 30th @ 4:30PM

PRICING & PAYMENT

All Fox Hunt swimmers will be included in the team picture

Session & Digital Download Fees:

  • Team Photo Download - $0

  • Individual & Sibling Photo Session - $15 per swimmer (includes 1 digital download)

  • Additional Digital Downloads - $15

Session fee online payment deadline for individual & sibling photos is due by 6/30 @ 10AM. We are able to take payments at the photo session as well but parents will need to be present to pay via credit card only.

Digital Downloads & Prints:

Additional digital downloads ($15), prints, canvases and other products will be available for purchase from the online gallery after photos are ready. The link will be sent via email.

F.A.Q.

  • Because of the combination of studio lighting and harsh sunshine, shine does occur in photos.

    A towel to remove sweat and oil is recommended for boys or those that do not want to use makeup.

    For girls or anyone using makeup, avoid any that adds shine to the face/skin. Many “fixing” sprays can cause this.

    We do recommend mattifying powder or translucent HD finishing powder which will reduce shine and is very recommended especially for girls.

  • No limits here, and yes you can take photos with your friend but each swimmer will need to have a paid Individual Session Fee

  • Everyone can take the team photo and download at no cost.

    For individuals and siblings, the cost is $15 per swimmer and you will receive 1 digital download per swimmer.

    There is no additional cost for taking sibling photos, you may use your digital download(s) to purchase individual OR sibling photos.

  • The delivery schedule is as follows:

    • Team Photo (Available for purchase 72 hours after session)

    • Individual/Sibling Photos (available for download/purchase 5-7 days after photo session)

  • Unfortunately a $15 session fee per swimmer is required in order to take individual/sibling photos. You will however have the option of selecting from at least (2) photos per swimmer to download/purchase and (2) per sibling/friend groups.
