MEDIA DAY TIPS

What to Wear & Bring

  • Primary Uniform: The main look for this session will be field players-Burgundy, GK’s-Orange

  • Props: A favorite soccer ball (newer looks best).

  • Footwear: Please clean your cleats; they photograph much better when spotless.

  • Makeup: Avoid any makeup that adds shine to the face/skinl

Posing & Inspiration
We’ll have visual examples on hand at the session but to maximize each players time we ask that you have 2-4 poses/ideas ready. For extra inspiration, check out these pose boards:

Session Schedule

  • Individual player photos (2-3 minutes per player)

  • Coach Headshots (2-3 minutes per coach)

  • Positional Photos (1 pose for GK’s, Defenders, Midfielders, Forwards)

  • Team Photo

  • Fun freestyle small group shots (remainder of session)

Delivery Schedule

  • Proof gallery - 72 hours after session

  • Team/Positional Photos - 1-2 weeks after session

  • Individual Photos - 1-2 weeks after selection from proof gallery

  • Freestyle/Small Group Photos - 1-2 weeks after selection from proof gallery
