The planned order is:

We have some flexibility, but arriving on time is strongly recommended.
The team photo will be taken first, which allows players who need to leave early to still participate. If your player needs to leave early, we can also try to move them toward the front of the individual photo line.
If your player arrives late, please review the session agenda above to see which portions of the session they may miss.

-
Absolutely.
We will have visual examples available and will provide direction throughout the session. However, because individual shooting time is limited, we strongly recommend reviewing the posing guide beforehand and having 3–4 ideas ready to go.
Each player will complete:
1 required portrait pose
3 player-selected poses
Examples can be found on the first page of the posing guide.

Studio lighting can make sweat and natural skin oils more noticeable, especially if players are coming directly from practice or training.
We recommend bringing a small towel or blotting cloth to remove excess sweat or oil immediately before photos.
For players wearing makeup, avoid products that create a glossy or dewy finish. Some setting or fixing sprays can also add unwanted shine under studio lighting.
A mattifying or translucent HD finishing powder can work very well for reducing shine before photos.

Once your proof gallery is ready, you will receive an email with a link and complete selection instructions.
