All FVU media days include:

  • (3) fully retouched images per player

  • (1) Team photo per team

  • (1) Headshot for each team coach

  • Up to 10 group/freestyle photos per team

  • Up to 5 positional group photos (1 photo per positional group)

  • Photo release rights for all delivered images

F.A.Q.

    • Primary Uniform: The main look for this session will be field players-Burgundy, GK’s-Orange

    • Props: A favorite soccer ball (newer looks best).

    • Footwear: Please clean your cleats; they photograph much better when spotless.

  • We will have visual examples on hand at the session, but to maximize each players time we ask that you have 2-4 poses/ideas ready. For extra inspiration, check out the posing guide for this session here: Mattos Visuals Soccer Posing Guide

    Additionally this year we will have (1) required “Portrait” pose and (3) player chosen poses. These poses can be found on the first page of the posing guide

  • Because of the combination of studio lighting and possibly coming right from practice, shine does occur in photos.

    A towel to remove sweat and oil is recommended for boys or those that do not want to use makeup.

    For girls or anyone using makeup, avoid any that adds shine to the face/skin. Many “fixing” sprays can cause this.

    We do recommend mattifying powder or translucent HD finishing powder which will reduce shine and is very recommended especially for girls.

  • Our goal is to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible to maximize the number of photos everyone gets. The agenda will be:

    1. Team Photo (5-8 min)

    2. Individual Player Photos (25-30 min)

    3. Coach Headshots (3-5 min)

    4. Positional Photos (5-8 min)

    5. Small Group freestyle photos - The FUN part! (remainder of session)

  • The delivery schedule is as follows:

    • Proof gallery (72 hours after session)

    • Team/Positional Photos (1-2 weeks after session)

    • Individual Photos (1-2 weeks after parent selection of proofs)

    • Freestyle/group photos (1-2 weeks after team representative selection from proofs)

  • When your proofs are ready you will receive an email with instructions. Each parent is responsible for selecting individual images, and (1) team representative (parent or player) may select the (10) group images.

  • We do have SOME flexibility with the schedule but we will be taking the team photo first so for those leaving early they can be in that photo and then we can ensure they are one of the first to go through individuals.

  • Yes! you can select as many as you’d like, the cost for each additional photo is $15, there are packages available if a team would like to purchase more than 5 photos. Once your selections are sent, we will reach out with an email with payment instructions
